Product Introduction:
The optical image measuring instrument not only uses high-definition CCD imaging combined with multi pole zoom objective lens, but also is equipped with simple and easy-to-use measurement software, which has the functions of measuring points, lines, circles, two-point distances, angles, and coordinate translation. The measurement data can be output to EXCEL, WORD or the geometric shapes of its measurement elements can be output to DXF
The automatic edge finding function of the software enhances the accuracy of measurement and reduces human error
It can visually analyze and process the coordinates of two-dimensional measurements, and apply them to the measurement and engineering of various tools and molds. Widely used in precision measuring instruments with S-terminals.
Instrument features:
1. The Z-axis adopts a design of cross guide rails and counterweight blocks, ensuring balanced force distribution for the up and down movement of the lens and ensuring accuracy
2. Using a continuous zoom lens, it can zoom continuously from 20X-120X, and the LED cold light source (bottom light source) avoids secondary deformation of the workpiece

2D Function Introduction
Element measurement: measure points, lines, circles, arcs, angles, ellipses, measure rectangles with a specified number of points, and automatically identify points, lines, circles, and arcs.
Element construction: center point construction, intersection point construction, midpoint construction, line construction, circle construction, angle construction.
Element presets: points, lines, circles, arcs.
Graphic processing: Coordinate translation, workpiece alignment. Align any axis and reset the coordinate system.
Zoom in, zoom out, pan, print, select, uncheck, and delete graphics.
Set zoom in, zoom out of graphics, print circles on graphics, select/uncheck, delete graphics.
Set the grayscale, saturation, contrast of the image, and save the image in BMP format.
Multiple edge search modes, computer automatic point picking, automatic recognition of circles and arcs greatly improve point picking speed.
The measurement data can be directly sent to AutoCAD, and the measured graphics can be saved as DXF documents. The measurement data can be sent to WORD and Excel for statistical analysis, and a simple Xbar-S control chart can be drawn to calculate various parameters such as Ca. Multi language interface switching.
